When my final selection for a federal govt position hinged on getting a DD214 with page 4 discharge info on it in less than 7 working days over the Thanksgiving holiday, Touchstone came through with time to spare!! I have already passed along Touchstone contact info to several colleagues in need of quick-turn DD214 services. My only suggestion to go from A to A+ would be to provide daily updates if possible. Since I was unfamiliar with Touchstone, I was very nervous about someone dropping the ball and a daily update would have assuaged my fears during the process.
