Nice job- You got it within a week so that I could download a PDF version on line. The mailed version arrived shortly after.
One bit of criticism- It was difficult to monitor the progress of the search- At the one week mark I was looking for an alternative company because I had no idea if yours was to come through shortly or not. It came through that day- but my stress level could have been eased if there had been communication.
