I received the information I needed. However, I paid for the same day service not realizing that there had been a fire at a records storage facility in 1973. Hence, it took more like 3-4 weeks to receive the information. I would prefer to have been informed prior to paying, that same day service is not available for many of the older records. [We do encourage our clients to read our Frequently Asked Questions section of our website prior to ordering where we discuss, among other things, timing and various delay issues which you should considered prior to ordering. Your branch of service, date of discharge, which facility has your record - can all impact delivery times. Nevertheless, no one is more experienced in retrieving military records, and no one can get you your record faster.]
